भास्कर रिपोर्टर को वायरल पेपर और उसकी हाथ से लिखी आंसर की मिली। सीकर के फर्स्ट रैंक क्लासेज के निदेशक पूर्व असिस्टेंट कमांडेंट बीएल रेवाड़ ने भास्कर को यह वायरल पेपर उपलब्ध कराया। भास्कर ने इसे सीकर के परीक्षा समन्वयक एसके गर्ल्स कॉलेज के डॉ. भूपेंद्र कुमार दुल्लड़ को वॉट्सएप किया और फोन कर इसकी सूचना दी। सूचना के बावजूद उन्होंने वाॅट्सएप चैक तक नहीं किया। जनजातीय विश्वविद्यालय, बांसवाड़ा के कंट्रोल रूप में सूचना दी। वहीं विवि. के रजिस्ट्रार और परीक्षा प्रभारी सोहनलाल कटार को वॉट्सएप पर पेपर भेजा। विवि ने पेपर आउट नहीं माना है।

छात्रों को www.ignou.ac.in में विश्वविद्यालय के आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर इग्नू 35 दीक्षांत ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फार्म भर सकते हैं । छात्रों को प्रति प्रमाण-पत्र के लिए 600 रुपए का अपेक्षित शुल्क भुगतान करना होगा, जिसके लिए वे दीक्षांत फार्म भरने जा रहे हैं और प्रमाण पत्र व्यक्ति या डाक द्वारा प्राप्त करने के लिए ।

इसके अलावा एमबीए, एमसीए, M.Com आदि जैसे मॉड्यूलर कार्यक्रमों को आगे बढ़ाने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को प्रति प्रमाण-पत्र @ 600/-पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा करना होगा । इसका मतलब है अगर वे अपने सभी प्रमाण पत्र जैसे डिप्लोमा, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट डिप्लोमा और उनकी डिग्री चाहते हैं तो उन्हें 1200 रुपए की कुल फीस जमा करने की जरूरत है.

यह सभी प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए अनिवार्य है, यदि छात्रों को अपने संबंधित कार्यक्रम के एक से अधिक मॉड्यूल पूरा कर लिया है ।

Original Degree / Degree Fee for obtaining Diploma Certificate is Rs. 600/– – Per certificate.
